In 2026, the Groningen Noord-Drenthe Employment Center will offer training sessions, webinars, and workshops designed to support you and your organization in inclusive hiring and successfully filling the “Agreement Jobs.”

These training sessions are designed for anyone who supports or mentors employees with disabilities in the workplace, so that they can successfully contribute to sustainable jobs, resulting in satisfied employers and employees.

1-Day Training Course on Job Coaching in the Inclusive Labor Market for Managers and HR Professionals

Designed specifically for managers and HR professionals. In this training, you’ll learn how to successfully organize on-the-job coaching within your organization and guide candidates toward suitable, long-term positions. Participation in the training is free of charge. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate.
